AITE! HOLIDAYS, WAS A COMPLETE WASTE! i mean first week was nothing but eat eat eat and clea clean clean the house. and my stomach is like bulging out, REALLY BULGING OUT OK.. 3days didnt train.. then one day train with not tht much intentsity(self training mah, heh!) and today went swmming. kinda dissapointed but one thing i knw is that im getting fat = bulking up! s i have to squeeze m ass in training to get the size which then i can look good in my XL jersey, looks like a pyajamas if i were it now! heh!
