flu flu go away.
everytime i get sick and cant do much during training.
i have to start back from stretch.
as in fitness level go down.
frustrating for me and ppl around me.
but seriously.
since i started training as in REALLY train.
the immune system is like getting weaker.
and yes, soccer is not about just kicking a ball.
ey,ever have this feeling. whereby u really really REALLY wanna change something in you.
but then, everytime u thought u've change...u'll find urself back to the same situation?.
but u try and try again....till u like give up or get to change with much strength something like that..
im going thru that kinda situation.
i mean its like....
to change,it's damn hard.
but one has to face it to reap the benefits that'll come in the future.
and yes we must stay strong both mentally and physically.
that's why i kinda shut my hp for quite awhile..
yes,not contacting anyone other than parents, football friends. that's all.
and i hope u who are reading this, im sorry for the sudden change yeah.
but its all bout the better future.
NONO! im not emoing pantarts!
let's just say, i need to be very very VERY discipline to achieve my goals.
and also i can save my hp bill that way.
